Timing Light On Dash

hi i am new to this forum and to toyota,s, i have just bought a hilux, and the timing light is on, i am getting the belt and tennioners changed,but how do i turn off the t/belt light on the dash off ? anyone know how or do i have to go to the main dealers ? colin

Hi buddy,I believe there is a small round rubber bung on the lower
section of the speedo cluster by the trip reset.
pull it out and use a small thin rod to find the reset inside, would
posibly reconmend a non metalic item,not just a screw driver .

There's a jumper on the back of the cluster, if it is a 3rd gen. Move it over to the other position.
