Anyone any idea what old motorcycles go for?

I have a mate with a couple of late 40's/early 50's NSU's
and an Ardie of the same vintage.

Depends on many things. Condition rarity and whether or not anyone wants them! Unless they are ultra rare or ultra special, old bikes aren't worth that much.

I'll try to get some pics, I fancy the Ardie for myself, but I think it's going to take 800-1000 to get it, do you think that's too much?

I think its Serbia, so can ask, if he can take bike to bits, i can ask my wife to put it in her suit case, when she comes back in 6 weeks!!!!

On the contrary, all comments helpful, I have no idea what they are worth, if anything, that's why I'm asking. The owner seems to think they are worth around 1000 each.

If it's pounds, IMHO, it's way too much. They look like they need lots of work done. Offer him £500 for all three.
