Dear All, Please could anyone shed any light on the best/cheapest place to get my 3.0 SSRX serviced. I'am at Southampton during the week and Bristol at the weekend.
    Many Thanks,

i live just over the severn bridge from bristol (being a bristol boy meself) and there's a couple of places in caldicot / chepstow area that come highly recommended by members on this here list. barry at roughtrax has always recommended a place in brislington..... brislington motor co. i think it is. someone on here will soon drop us the full details or you could always ring roughtrax and ask.......
    hope this helps.

any garage will service it... doesn't need anything specialist unless you have trouble with AT then they'll send it to a transmission specialist.... any monkey can do a service, just depends on prices.

        Thanks Lads,

Here's another one to get your teeth into,
I have decided to do the work myself so if anyone could give a few pointers on a full service inc. oil, filters, grease and the rest please drop me a line. Also a few tips on changing the timing belt as she has done 61K.
I know all this info is probably already on the forum but unfortunately I ain't got the spare time to look for it!!!!!!!
        Many Thanks,
        Ian
