2.4 Td Ln130 exhaust manifold gasket

my manifold gasket is leaking quite a lot and has been for a while and have ordered one thats coming on monday, has anyone had to ever change one and how bad are they

No help now, I've got one you could have had. Cant help you bout changing one either, no help at all really am I !!!!!!!!!

he worst part about changing them is getting the bloomin egr stuff off in order to be able to move the manifold out enough to get the gasket in place.You may want/need to undo the exhaust clamp thats bolted to the gearbox and the turbo bracket thats attached to the bottom of turbo to the block.These will make life a little easier to be able to get enough clearance from the manifold to the studs.HTH's
