Good stuff going on there guys. Are you planning to bend the sides up closer the sills? if so how will you do that?

Make those side bits a little wider and they will double as side steps. Oh how I long for a workshop...................... ...sigh!

Looked thicker than that. I thought it was at least 10mm. £40 is still cheap for 6mm. I mostly buy 2500 x 1250mm sheets of 1.2mm NS4 which are £19. I seem to remember being quoted £90 a sheet for 6mm last year

this was just an off cut they had that was no use to them i was lucky its just the right size
