I always try to get the spellling/punctuation right (and useually fail) think everyone should try to write right if it's worth saying it's worth makeing the effort, dont like "text" talk, dont know how to text, and no wish to learn, in fact dont like the texting, phone glued to ear, bottle of mineral water glued to hand, mentality of today, wot are they suddenly gonna die of thirst? c##tsToo young to die and too old to give a toss

On another forum I went for help there's a person whos posts are completely text speak. It is so painfull trying to make sense of it I don't bother anymore. The thing is when I text, I send proper words (prbably with less spelling mistakes because of predictive texting).Gone from 4x4 to 1x2

I bought my first mobile phone 17 years ago and have never once stooped to using “text speak”.
All my text messages are typed out in full, using proper words. It was hard on the early handsets, but my last 3 phones have all had full qwerty keyboards and my current BlackBerry Storm is very easy to use.
I hate text speak, it is hard to read, disrupts the flow of the sentence and is just plain lazy.Mine WAS a 150 bhp V6 and ran on PETROL
