i know nothing on the subject so i thought id ask here,mrs came off her bike the other day,its a motorworld 80 quid special,front wheel is now buckled,steps out bout 5/6mm in worst spot,can i straighten it?or just buy a new wheel?if so anything i should look out for?its a 19 inch wheel

Easiest to buy a new wheel. Are you sure it's 19" - most are 16".
You should easily be able to pick up an alloy one for under £20. There's loads on ebay.
