I bought my first hilux today. Got the 94 3ltr manual i wanted, Its a 4-runner not the surf i would have prefered for more toys but been told rightly or wrongly uk ones have better gearboxes I dunno about that but i drove it about 120 miles home and am pleasantly suprised how smooth and reasonably refined it is on the motorway for an old 4x4. Better do summit about that and get some huge wheels and give it a suspension lift

I'm in branton with no railway although i share your pain when i go see a mate in rosso

I will try and get some pics up but i think you know what a stock red and silver 4-runner looks like. I'm gunna fit some bling and trinkets like steps and bars when i find some cheap enough

Oh yes got stuck at Rossington crossings last week and then got stuck at ours ..added45minutes to a 20 minute journey ! anyway glad you are happy with your new truck, if you need any help ( morale support only I am afraid) give us a shout, I go to the airport quite regularly.

I got a nice set of alloy wheels here BKR's.There are 2 nearly new tyres and you'll need need to get 2 tyres.I'm after £150 plus courier for them
