Registration V55/5 - PLEASE HELP!!

I do like doing things off the cuff - like buying my surf - but it does get me into trouble. I need some urgent help in completeing my V55/5.

Some of these are basic but I need confirmation quickly as I need to take this to my registration office first thing on Monday morning to be done.

Haven't got a clue where to get hold of lots of stuff they are asking for.

From the form these are the questions I am having difficulty with:

23: Max mass
27: Euro Status Directive

34: Mass in service
35: Particulates
36: CO
37: HC + NOx
39: Stationary Sound
40: Engine Speed
41: Drive by Sound

46: Is vehicle exempt from type approval - Exempt?

As its exempt do I need to fill in half of the above?

Lastly what tax band are the surfs - 2.4TD - presumably D = £165 p/a.

Because its +10 years old it doesn't need an SVA - which is I think where I'm now confused.

hehehe!!.... strangest thing is, i'm on holiday from work so i emptied all my gear out the truck... and in my boot i do have a cooker and fridge!! (and some fluffy dice and tinsel!)

I don't think it is subject to type approval as it is over 10 years old. I would think that the other questions are more appropriate to a commercial registration as the emissions information is standard requirements and tested at the MOT.

perhaps andy or hilux bob would know the answers? try popping into your local DVLA office, they might help but there again some aren't so "local"! (mine's just down the road)
