  • Truckfest, Some Nice Hilux Pictures

Just got back from Truckfest, at Croft. Had an absolutely cracking time, the weather was fantasic. Luckily, amongst the lorries etc, they had some very nice 4 x 4's, most of them Hiluxs'. I've posted a few pics for your entertainment.

(I don't know why, but I just love the red Surf!)

Some lovely trucks there, also some excellent artwork, right up BDT's street,
like the red one as well,
Too young to die and too old to give a toss

That red one got first place at Peterborough. It belongs to Nobby and cost him 10k to build. Still only a 2.4 though.

Lot of cash to throw at a 2.4!! i'd have at least had a 3lt and for that sort of outlay i'd have gone for the V8 conversion, still nice tho

just got back from truckfest will upload some pics later.weather was great, the venue was great just a pity about the turnout,no where near as many people as peterborough, but that may of had something to do with the cup final.pleased to say i didnt break bigfoot this time.it was still running at the end of the wkend, despite a slight mishap with the cam belt.(not my fault i may add.)the thunderbolt team suffered some severe damage to their truck after a bad landing which unfortunately put them out of the arena for the rest of the wkend.graham hope you and the team get thunderbolt sorted for shepton, all thats left to say is,a big thanks to nigel and lisa for a very entertaining wkend.

I like the little wheel chock in front of thunderbolt, as if it's going to stop it!

Oh yeah, proper pick-up in the last pic is the best. Even better if it was just plain white.
