I speak a bit of Latin (no, I didn't pay to go to school) but not enough to be able to put a sentence like that together. It's a very straightforward language if you can remember the rules, but most words have a different ending depending on context, tense etc so you won't be able to pluck words at random and put them together.

Try "Id quod circumiret, circumveniat". Kind of what you're after and most people will be able to work it out.

I think so, but 'quot' seems to be a better choice than 'quod' if you stick in google.

Incidentally, I just found 'quod severis metes'. Google it, I think you'll like it.

If thats the case, write anything
Then when someone asks what it means (I'm assuming that's the response you're after) then you can tell them what you like.
