Rear Radius Arm/Trailing Arm Bushes

Hi,
Anyone replaced these bushes on a 2nd generation? Got the lower arms off but havin' real trouble getting the old bushes out of the arms.
If anyone can help a call on 01489 891658 would really be appreciated...
