Gen3 : G'box area, squeak and rattle.

Hey guys, I've got a metallic squeak, chatter and rattle sound from around the gearbox area on my gen3.

Happens on rough roads so it sounds like something is loose.

Thought it would be the ARB bushes/drop links, but I've swapped them for new items and the noise is still there.

Any ideas where I should look next?

It doesn't sound "tinny" enough to be a heat shield. And I've just swapped the exchust donut/knuckle as well .. didn't seem loose.

is it manual or automatic,if its manual it could be the dual mass flywheel if they are still fitted on a truck that new.

It's an Auto.

I popped it into 4wd on the way home to see if it was the front prop shaft and the sound still happens.

It's a bassy 'clack' sound, and it's not a vibration or buzz.

Usually one noise per bounce.

Only happened after the Bordon Open day on the tank tracks last year.
