    hi all .were do i fix strop when off road fed up with it dragging on the ground .if i use tow eyes underneath will i damage the rear bumper

          Easy.
          You wait until I build my new rear bumper, then you buy this set up off me...

          Its currently set up for a 2" body lift but by mounting the bar on the underside of the chassis mounts it will suit a non body lift.
          Sorted.

              That tow bar looks remarkably like the 40 quid chinese ones that were on ebay a while back, (with the addition of some recovery points) not bad bars!!

                I have to agree with you on that. Looks just like mine, well bit better actually, but I still have the tow ball mount for when I need it.

                  Nearly... it was the 25 quid ones! I bought one just for the mounts and then built my own recovery bar. Works a treat.
