Hi it is a 95 3litre SSR-X LIMITED but with a new type "CRYSTAL" head lights which would olny fit in the preface lift front grill i wanted it to look different and get people wondering what it was. As for the plate i will let the new owners explain that if some body wants to know.

Not sure thats true, I noticed it but decided it was a photoshop fake and therefore not a big deal, Im sure others did exactly the same. I also noticed that the front of that vehicle looks awfully like a pre facelift Surf and not a 95 surf. I saw this thread last night and smelled a rat. I still smell a rat, but will keep monitoring to see how everyone else responds.

How can a number plate read DYKE, what combination of letters and numbers create that ???

Obviously it's Photoshopped! I can't believe anyone actually thought I was under the impression it was a genuine private plate. Come on lads, give me some credit, my comment on the plate was meant as an ice breaker towards a new member.

Thanks for the welcome. To avoid lengthy quoting ill bung all the answers in together so just trawl through to find yours!

Firstly, the tool box was great... no batteries in it though lol and if ya class the over flow parking area at the local park as off road then yeah weve been off road already lol

Ours is Robin Hoods Shire.

I dont know what the car is i just drive it so ill let you lot fall out over that one but i assure you it all fits together nicely.

The licence plate as pointed out is actually a fake, my missus is daft, its obviously a ford were splashing through not a dyke!

... oh and as for what our Surf looks like ... I've never seen 2 the same anyway ... Bob has so many he has to differentiate somehow ... Ohsupreme has that bit of old drainpiping strapped to the front and a pallet on the top and poor old Markys looked suspiciously like a scally scousers white beemer to me!!

I'm confused as well Rich! Was under the impression it was girls who had bought the truck but then in post #40 (see above) it says, "my missus is daft"!
