does anyone know the name of the machine that creates a head on your guiness if its poured from a can into a glass?
when i was in france, they didnt have a machine that poured guiness, instead they had a load of cans of guiness in the fridge. he poured me one in a glass whilst i complained about the whole no head, and "it wont be the same"...
after he poured the guiness it just looked like a glass of coke, he told me to watch, and he placed the glass onto the tray of the pretend guiness tap and he pressed a button. it made a very high pitched screetch noise and made a perfect head form on top.
i dont know what that process or machine is called, so cant find anything relating to that on youtube!
although watching all the videos that "might" have been what i am looking for has now made me thirsty.
