I had similar problems with the "more smilies" option, when I ditched Internet Explorer though and started using Firefox it instantly cured it, my guess is IE is cuasing the problems or at least some settings in it (if that's what your using of course).

It could well be your pop-up defender is set a little high, allow stuff from the hiluxsurf site will propabley fix the problem.
