I personally don't see why you'd need to 'run manual hubs once a month or so'. Mainly because it's not possible to say exactly what 'once a month or so' is!

Steve! you should know by now it's one big pi$$ take on here, your question was answered last time anyway, the manufacturer reccomends it but not many do it so it's up to you, i dont switch my manual hubs once a month, no probs, cant see the point really, my shafts still turn slowly due to the kenitic energy,
