due to being ill, skint and not being ar5ed to do antyhing today, i am going to attempt to kill this stomach bug with alckyhol. i have a 24 pack of carslsberg and 2 bottles of sainsburys red wine " casa mia" from sicily. tis nice!

and for the rest of the day i will be conducting this experiment into stomach bug cures and watching the football, rugby, dog lick his you know whats and then later watch a few clint eastwood films.

i'll also be checking inf rom time to time to say hi!
