I saw the MD on the Beeb this morning defending their new baggage policy, which by the way I think is not a bad idea, aslong as the savings are passed on.
He however also stated that they were thinkng about charging to use the in-flight toilets. This I think is a step too far.
He actually said "spend a pound to spend a penny"
