Maybe it's the wireing?

Yup!!! i was right! it's the wireing!
Think i overdone the interior leds a bit this is whats left of the earth block, this went up in smoke while we were in cornwall and just got round to sorting it, i reccon the prob was i used very thin (1mm) cable to connect the two small mini toggles on the ground side, (makeing it the weakist point) smoke come out, the lights come on and i had to pull the fuse and remove the door's festoons to get em off, i'm replaceing with a bigger DPDT toggle and thicker cable, all other wireing is or seems ok,
