  • Clunking noises

    Folks,

I have a clunking noise from the N/S rear of my truck. It only happens when I'm cornering, so I assume it's one of the tie rods (shocks are new and the noise was there before the swap), but there doesn't seem to be any play in the bushes (Checked with a crow bar). Is my assumption right or is there something else it could be?

Also; sometimes I hear a clunk from the area under the passenger's seat, is it possible for the torsion bar to clunk at that end?

    A.R.B bushes or broken/loose bracket.

I'd be tempted to check out your ARB mountings as this could be the cause of your problem

Don't listen to them, they can hold grudges for months!

Check the bolts are tight rather than the bushes loose.
