Interesting that its listed as a 1979 vehicle, yet its got a 'X' plate on it, which if memory serves me correctly is 1982, since you cant put a private plate that indicates a year later than manufacture, something don't add up?

Nah, we call it a MK1 and a 1/2 that old black pickup i had had them, a mate took them off to swap with his round ones.

I could make that look so nice. Re-fit the stock front bumper, get the roll bar powdercoated black, replace the tailgate, loose the chequerplate, tidy the cab, line the bed and re-spray it a dark beige metallic.

oh and replace what ever is under the bonnet!
