Turbo price question.

How much for a reconditioned turbo inc fitting for a 2nd gen 3.0L. My mate has been quoted £650 from chequered flag "LEEDS", does this sound about right.

When i had my 2nd gen i was quoted £295 exchange but it was a 2.4.
Phone around, you could fit it yourself and save a few ££

It may be too late, he phoned me this afternoon to ask me if i thought it was a good price & i told him ive not got a clue. Think they may have already started the work.
