It wont matter how much space you have you will fill it up with stuff expedentially...

I have two sheds, one of them is 8ft by 12 ft, and they are still full of stuff, I must have enough bits to build an A35 that I havnt even got any more, and Mini bits, one of these days I will either flamethrow the shed, or have a clear out, whichever is easier..
