Ooooh, according to the news, its snowing heavily in the midlands...
Looking out of the window, I beg to differ. The scattering that was there earlier has melted and nowt is falling from the sky.
It's funny (laughable) how we react in the UK. I thought I was going to be stuck in Boston over christmas a few years back when it had snowed for a full 24 hours before my flight home. Got taxi to airport, snow ploughs out, roads clear, no delays at airport... we're crap aren't we?

Yep, and the media get everyone whipped up into a panic. It's laughable!
it's snowing here in croydon, surrey had about 4" so far, just took my sister-in-law home a journey that nornally takes 30 minutes took 2hours, cause of the muppets who can't drive in the snow. Did the good samaritan and helped a few, but sod the tree huggers and anti 4x4 protesters, I'm now home and dry, their still buggered by the road side!!!
