A snowflake has been seen floating around the midlands this afternoon. Motoring organisations and the police have advised drivers not to travel unless absolutely, definitely, at peril of death necessary. They have also advised midlands residents to go out and buy up all of the bread and milk available. Work-shy slackers have been asked to go and shelter in their local boozer, and to go on TV to moan that their dole wont allow them to heat the house to 200 degrees C AND buy 20 cans of White Lightning a day.
