Nope, bass bins would have sub woofers in them, those look like normal 9" woofers and tweeters.

The posistioning of the speakers already in place are fine ...

Swap the rears for 6x9 JBLS and sink sum 4" tweeters up front, neatly snug a little 12 inch sub and amp i nthe boot and hey presto a perfectly well performing system

You're both wrong. Speakers aren't 'loud'. They are merely output devices, incapable of any output volume control, hence incapable of being 'loud'.
