  • My latest project......

Take one 8'X4' sheet of 18mm MDF and cut out this shape X2.....

Then cut out some curves, pin and glue them to the main section and add filler to blend in....

Sand smooth and paint with primer/undercoat......

Then cut out some tyres from the same sheet of MDF and paint matt black.....

Paint the lid from an empty 10 litre emulsion tub to make the wheels......

Spray the rest of the project with bright red enamel, place the wheels on to get an idea how it's gonna look when finished......

Can ya tell what it is yet?

More photos to follow when the paint has dried.

Thats awesome!! Make sure the handbrake lever is out of reach. You dont want him rolling off during the night...

Nice view from the back of the garden too.

Blimey Ian, there's either something wrong with your eyes or your screen is in black and white!

                            hehehe!!

It's bright red, the same red as Hammerite but child friendly Japlac paint made by International.

As for the marketing idea, already on the case mate, friend of ours is a nursery nurse so plenty of potential customers. I've made this one in a flat pack style so it's easier to carry up the stairs.
