Feelin' a bit of a sentimental, melancholic ol' sod having just dropped my no.1 son off at Heathrow, bound for Canada with no return date set. Now I know how my mum felt when I took off with no return plan.

Cheers for liftin' me spirits chaps. I know he's gonna have a great time & I'm really proud of him setting the Canada goal & achieving it. If the truth be known, I'm also a bit jealous!

Hand him a pair of marigolds, the hoover and an apron - he has a new job relieving SWMBO of all those little household chores sh doesn't like

If he cannot take a hint she will love it

And you would, of course, be training him for life outside of the nest
Look out Eastbourne, the Pandas are coming !
