its an auto box 1993 2.4 ssrg
i have found a few local to me 1996 1994 all 2.4 auto boxes

As they were both made after 2.4 surfs stopped being made, I would suspect they're for a pickup and there may be differences. Should have a code on them somewhere?

Those years would be a mk.3 Pickup which i dont think ever came with Auto as an option.


I'd be tempted to give Supersurf a bell mate. Or biohazard.

Dont think Rich has a 2.4 in at the moment.

There could any number of subtle differences in the autobox which could mess you around at the very least.

I think you will find that there was a few 2.4's that went into 1994.There's not many tho so if he is gaurenteeing its a 2.4 94 surf then it should be ok

ohh yes while i was looking for the number i spoted a sweat patch of atf on that big disk looking thing right near the end of the box?
isd it anything to do with that noise iam getting ya recon?
