Can anyone answer this please.

What is the length of a rear propshaft on a manual surf. Auto is 43" and I need 46". Is it possible for anyone with a manual to lie on theire back with a tape measure and measure it for me. I need the measurement from the rear diff flange face to the gearbox flange face I will be eternaly grateful.

Im sure someone asked this recently & i think the answer was it will fit because the shaft extends out enough to slot in both ends.

I may be wrong, but am 99% sure im right.

manual 47" will slide in to 46"

the manual prop shaft won't fit an auto as i have tried it out on the breakers as someone had called me to enquire and it wouldn't fit.
I might still have the manual prop here if you need it Steve i'll let you know later if its still here.If i haven't got one then Supersurf definately has one

Thanks Rich if you have one let me know please. Its not going to bolt to the auto box its needs to bolt to a toyota 5 speed manual. So will have to get end changed anyway.

no worries, i kept the original manual box, stronger than the pick up box.
