Do we need to get there on saturday to set up or is it an early start on sunday? If you need someone to be there over night I'll do it cos me is on oliday that week and hey I like sleeping in my surf.

I have never needed to be there the Saturday as you are allowed in an hour or so before the gates open to the public . It all depends wot you got to set up . 3 of us do our stand in about 40 mins which consists of gazeebo , banners , bunting , etc .

You have no need to set up before the show opens , no deadline just need 1 or 2 people to be there to start it how you want it done .

As i will be in Menorca during this event on medical reserch on how Gin makes you lose more weight than any other alchoholic drink ( good excuse to stay drunk) I will need to liase with someone to take the ramps and mast array any volunteers..
