Uxbridge car show

I have 8 disposable BBQs in stock at present so you are welcome to use 3 or 4 or how ever many . I will be there so am willing to help abit with things if I can . Anyway Koi has had a bit of Vagrant Catering experience at Langdale so thats 1 chef ? I will do my 2nd chef if required if Jotto is mid bodylift .
There are no tables or chairs to use on site so I suggest a couple of garden chairs each and a table or 2 .
Gets a bit involved these do's dont it !!

Tables are sorted but another one or two would be handy just in case. Any one wanna bring some chairs, plastic patio type will do.
I got 6 for starters.
Also lets have a count up on numbers so we know what we are catering for.
Does someone want to start chipping in with stuff for the BBQ once we have an idea of numbers.

Can anyone think of anything else.

I have also booked us in for a Surf convoy around the main arena.

I only have 1 gazebo and 1 decent table+1 plastic fold up camping table. I will bring the normal stand for the bbq's.


Can anyone think of any problems we might encounter with the body lift if so say so now so I can try to get any bits sorted now rather than when half way though on a sunday in the middle of a field.

Can anyone think of any problems we might encounter with the body lift if so say so now so I can try to get any bits sorted now rather than when half way though on a sunday in the middle of a field.

It might be a good idear to break the joints on the chassis bolts,re-tighten, wire brush and grease them. I will bring some heavy timber for jaking up on. Two axel stands, ramps and my tools. Just in case. If you havnt got something sods law you need them. Four plastic chairs, double burner and stand for tea ect and any thing else I can through in the trailer.

Do I realy have to clean me surf so its all shiny for the show or is there somwhere that I can go to PLAYon the way to the show, cos the pit mud will have worn off by then.WET MUD LOOKS BETTER THAN DRY CLAY.

Gerrald Cross 4x4 site is 3 miles up the road , but tv4x4 are not there that day . But I know others use that site all year round . I can only suggest you PM Russ to find out if he knows the owner . They might let you play for an hour and then HIT the show , all muddy .
