Sarn Helen is split into 3 sections - lets call them south middle and north

It is all shut from end of August until end of May.

The south section opens for June July August (still a BOAT as it was designated by Neath Port Talbot Council)

The southern end of the middle section also opens for this time (BOAT, Neath etc)

Halfway along this section it is now designated a Restricted Byway as it is in Brecon Council jurisdiction. Permenantly closed. Not sure where you become an illegal driver but its there somewhere near the Roman Steps.

Northern section is a RW - so closed.
