Finished work last Friday for Xmas, till 5th Jan, got called into work
today, now got another two days off. Return 7th Jan, I'm on a
THREE DAY WEEK. from then on, hope it's only a short term measure.

Hey im over your way this week at some point, gunna be doing an oil & filter change over the hols, if your about one day i'll meet up at A.S.K for a natter.

we are on a 1 day a week non production with no night shift and 2 hours finish early so only doing 6 hours a day, next year will see an additional 4 weeks non production, the first week we are going to work, the second we stay at home, paid and the other two weeks in the middle of April are yet to be agreed but it sounds like it will be unpaid, which will make it a very interesting week and thats just the start of the year, things WILL get worse from then on.

And what i should have said is that i am one of the lucky ones, i still have a job and its with, probably one of the most stable car companies there is.

There are ooooh so many people in the same or worse boat.
