big price from toyota

ok i got the rad from toyota
the discount i normaly get had to be taken off
he is not allowed to do it unless iam in the motor trade
arrr well nice while i got it
anyhow its cost £390
thats with a £50 surcharge? eh
normaly i walk out of toyota with a smile on my face
but not today
i just had time to take it out of the box to look at it
its got a rad cap on? 2nd gen ssrg automatic with a rad cap

1 or is it something thats new
2 or is it the wrong rad

i go for number 2
i would take pics but i will have to do it in the morrning
coz its too shiney the light just rebounds back (it needs mud)

looks good tho very hardy looking thing really heavy
i will treat this rad just like all the rest i have had
then i can honestly say wich was best
its been a long and costly learning curve

? why not just keep bungin in second hand one in @ £50 a go you could have had 8 for what you just paid?

i do lots of miles mate a new rad is cheaper than a nacked engine
this is my 4th rad in five years so i want to try a new toyota one to see if its last more that the others

runns like new coz most parts are
every toyota part i have put on i have not yet had to replace
and iam nasty to my surf for fun
if ya look after em they will take JUST about everything ya chuck at em

my father rents a unit out to a 4x4 nut it realy helps

heavy reving mainly off roading
this rad just blow the whole top off
i mean the rad its self its now nearly in tow bits
and blow a hole in the top rad hose
i have this putty stuff in the surf no idea what its for
and dogded the rad back togeather with that and fixed the hose with a paracetamol tube
2 jubbalee clips and some gaffer tape
to get home
swoped the hose for a new one
that putty stuff is still holding out for now
i lose about 1tre of water a day not bad eh
the rad was just badly made its must have leaked a bit untill it got very hot and poped and blow a hose and the top of the rad

dont ask me how my head is still working fine
coz i have no idea
i have over heated endless times every time its happend
its been down to lose of water dew to poor rads
had the water tested

it seems that they have given me the wrong rad
and the wrong price

they own me some loot

seems i payed for a new rad for the new hilux
eeerrm it cant be a LN130 can it? the new hilux?
