I was going to write transistor originally, but thought, where's the fun in that? Gutter level is so much more amusing.

No worries. Just got another of those short production run type fairly recent transistors here, and my guides are a tad out of date now. Had a Google on it last night and I'll be damned if I can find a datasheet for it.
