Bleed the master cylinder and then the brakes again. Bleed the master at the brake line connections. If that fails to solve the problem then it must be the master cylinder which is faulty.

Did this 3 times on sunday, with the aid of a mechanic, sadly to no avail!!
I'm 99% convinced i've done everything possible to eliminate everything else but the M/C.
Will be changing it over at the weekend(may be working sat) so we'll know then!

You've got to wonder where they are sourcing the parts from when Toyota want £273, roughtrax apparently want just under £200 (but i couldn't find them on the website at all) And Milners can sell them for £60 + vat.????

That's a possibility, i'll ask when i send the claim form and the old unit back!
