Toyota Mechanic Wanted

We've got an old Toyota 4x4 Pick-up and the heater only blows out cold air. A couple of people have looked - one said it was a blockage but they didn't fix it and now someone else says its the water pump - a BIG job. Does anyone know someone in the Farnham/Guildford/Aldershot area who might be able to fix. I'm a bit reluctant to put it into a Toyota dealer and get a HUGE bill. Not really able to fix myself!

Any advice would be fantastic.
