Yes, it does matter whether it is in capital letters or not. It is called etiquette.
Plus, if you do intend to call me names, will you please not do so just before you intend to log off. I find that awfully annoying. You have been online for over half a hour, and decide to put the 'response' up just as you intend to log out? The names I couldn't give a chuff about. Feel free. The cowardly attitude is ever so annoying, however.
