you don't really need the manual hubs with a 2" suspension lift but you can put them on if you wanted but with that lift its not neccessary really.
Anything over the 2" suspension lift you would want them fitted ideally

                http://www.roughtrax4x4.com/?doc=11&cid=150
heres the link to the full suspension lift. Its £350 plus vat and postage and then say £120 for the bodylift so if you say £600 tops then you'll be safe unless you want to add to that the manual hubs and extended braided brake lines and you can put about another 150 to 200 on top of that
You should be able to fit 33's with the 4" total lift without any problems.
If you are going to be off roading then i would say fit the new brakelines also
                http://www.roughtrax4x4.com/index.php?doc=16&vid=180
the item code is lk003 if you need it as the brake lines ain't listed without using the item number

was looking at the kumho's (however you spell it), but seem expensive so who knows what ill happen left

also looking at them lift kits from roughtrax is the ES9000 package better, for the extra couple of qiud it may be worth it

just with everyone doing lifts latley thought i would enqiure and see how much i have to save up before i can get one....
