did u say 10,000?u mean 1000?surely,id throw a guess that once u have got the first start of the day it's fine,do a search on testing your glow plugs,u can do it with a multimeter

Hi mate. It judders every time the engine is cold, not just morning. If its left for a couple of hours it will judder for a couple of seconds then ok again.
I'll do as you suggest and see.

Up Date!!
Well, not actually tested the glow plugs yet but this morning i decided to try turning the ignition on and off a few times before starting the engine. For some reason i dont have a light on the dash ya know, that curly yellow thing. Anyway, it started up with no prob's (thank god) so there ya go, another prob solved
New glow plugs please, lol.
