      this only ever happend to me once,and i cant say i envy you,i could only describe it as feeling as though a member of the family hit by car,not nice,really make u appreciate them

        yep, it hard, the wife has been in tears since it happened and the kids are helping us look after the one we have home

                If it helps, we had an Irish Setter when I was a kid and he got hit four times without any lasting damage. My mate's labrador went under a car a few weeks ago, got dragged along and came out the back and he was OK too (not so boisterous near roads now though....). Dogs are tough buggers.

                        Really sorry to hear about the dogs, I have two German shepherds myself and they are just as much part of the family as my kids. Don’t really know what I would do without them. Hope they make a fully recovery, fingers crossed pal.

                          well theres good news, ice the white one is fine back to her old self again but poppy is still in the vets. they took an xray and found she has a dislocated front right elbow, but they are going to do more thougher xrays on here later on today.
