Loose or dirty connections on transfer case? Need more information than just flickering dash light.
Any noises? jerky movements in the drivetrain?Comment

did it later on at low speed aswell.

First thing to check is the push button switch on the side of the transfer lever. It may be dirty and be intermittently making contact. Just prise it out with a tiny screwdriver or similar and check operation. You should be able to see an orange line around the button when it's in the 'off' position, i.e. button out.Comment
