whats needed is a mass decend on the place, fill his car park up and each buy a paper and sit there reading it for two hours and then rotate, that'd teach the toe rag

I have been trying to get people motivated to take on the local Morrisons over the no military vehicle policy but it looks like the local RBL don't give a damn so why the hell do we bother, why is it that when we turn up with vehicles we can fill all those tins yet the RBL can't be bothered? I thought every penny counted & at the rate our lads are getting injured we need to raise more, surely the poppy appeal should be run by people that can be bothered to make the effort & not those that don't really care, I feel that strongly about it that I'm going to write to the RBL & give someone a verbal kick in the rear, every year I send them £25 which is probably more than most RBL members, I can't understand why they can't get organised, they have a year to plan it for gods sake & it happens the same time every year so there are no excuses, even last week at Totnes Morrisons the RBL arrived late with the tins & poppies then buggered off early taking all the tins etc with them so our members couldn't continue collecting, what the hell are they thinking?

Sorry about the rant but I'm so bl00dy angry, I feel really strongly about raising funds for our lads (& lasses) in the forces & I feel they are getting let down on all fronts.

Ok so I'm ex service & probably a bit more passionate about fund raising than others.
              I'm not a complete idiot.......
