Hi all,
I have found a website that some people my find helpful.........
I had booked a holiday with Virgin and was having difficulty contacting them and was getting nowhere with the automated number that you have to ring.
I found a site called www.saynoto0870.com it lists loads of major companies and normal numbers you can contact them on!!
I looked up Virgin and rang the local number and got through to a human after 2 rings - quality!!
You can also type in the 0800, 0870, 0845 number into the search to find alternatives if you don't know the name of the company!!
Hope this is useful to someone out there..........

Oh it also splits the company into departments, for example Abbey the bank, it has numbers for each of their different services so you can speak to the right person first time. Magic.
