whats my engine/autobox worth?

I have a j plate hilux, for which im thinking of an engine conversion for,just wondering what my engine/auto box complete with turbo and everything on the engine, might be worth?its covered about 160,000km now and runs absolutly fine as does the auto gearbox and transfer box and is the 2.4td

Any ideas please

The engine on its own i would say about £600 to £650 as long as its in very good condition .
So far i have only sold 2 gear boxes since March so i doubt if you will get much for it to be honest unless someone actually needs one at the time.

the last 2.4 engine i sold was for £500 but i did keep the turbo from it as i wanted a min £600 for the engine so i sold the turbo to make the money up

excellent i inspected my turbo only a few months ago and its perfect working order to no play in the shaft.

(ps richard i forgot all about that arial wire i will pop down sometime today is that ok?)

yea but if you can make it sometime this afternoon that will be better.I'll get the wing off of the new breaker so you can get as much wire as you need then

no worries it is accessable by just removing the plastic arch liner.
