Right my mate is thinking of buying a surf now hes seen and been in mine 
anyway hes been to a few places today and just called me telling me what he had seen, and i asked him what the cars came with MOT TAX etc and asked if there were the BIMTA certificates and import documents with the car and his reply was he asked about that but the dealer said he didnt really need one but if he wanted one it would only cost a tenner,,,,, now i thought these were very important and stressed this to him but im now unsure so can anyone tell me if im right or wrong so i can call him back cos if hes serious about getting one i dont want him to walk away from a good car for the wrong reasons..
