I've come to the conclusion that it aint really worth a toss selling stuff on there, so far i sold the ship, a drill sharpener and two round mirrors, i received two paypal payments which aint enough to cover the listing and final selling price fees, and i've had to borrow £20 for packing and postage, i dont see where this is doing me much good at all,
ba$tards charged me over £12 to list the ship and just under £30 on the final sell fee, their certainly coining it,

good job there's a swear filter on here

You can get your money back through eBay for non-payments.

Granted, its a pain in the ar5e though!

Well if the glaswegian doesn't come up with the goods, give the £600 offer an email and ask him to make an offer over £521.

think it's 2 weeks... then report them... that gives them another 2 weeks to respond...

if nothing happens then you get a free re-list andfees returned.

better ff to contact him and let him know if he doesn't want it then you can do a mutual withdrawl... you get the free re-list then quicker.

I took advantage of the free listings week-end just gone and listed both of our cars. As it was 23:50 sunday evening I had to get them onto Ebay PDQ.
So I filled in all the details plus photos of the Celica, but had only enough time for one photo and a couple of sentences for the Corolla. No problem I thought, I'll just click on 'Revise your item' and fill in all the releant info, only it won't let me change or ad anything.
Are Ebay being shitty 'cos I got two free listings out of them or is it their rules??????????

                          Item numbers if anyones interested.

don't think you can revise the item if there's already bids on it.

Didn't you check the fees before you listed? I always factor them (and the PayPal fees) into my prices before I list.
